Prospect Avenue from Cortland Avenue to Kingston Street
The water work to be performed under this contract includes the installation of 8-inch ductile iron pipe and 24-inch earthquake resistant ductile iron pipe. Individual residences will be connected to the new 8-inch pipeline.
The sewer work will include replacement of the main pipeline as well as the side sewers to individual residences. The side sewers and catch basins will all be inspected by a remote television camera and the findings added the sewer system database.
General workdays and hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Project Update as of October 6, 2023
Sewer Main Work has been completed.
Water Main Work has been completed.
The asphalt paving has been completed.
The concrete road panels at the top of the unit block of Prospect Avenue need to be replaced. The work is scheduled to be done October 10-12. Please see the Public Notice in the Documents Section below.
The only other items remaining are the Project "punch list" of small items not completed.
