Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: During its regular meeting on April 23, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of proposed power miscellaneous fees and charges for customers of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Under consideration are Proposals to adopt, revise, and/or eliminate Miscellaneous Fees related to the Power Enterprise. If approved, the new rates and charges would take effect July 1, 2024, unless otherwise stated in the adopted schedule.

 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: During its regular meeting on May 14, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of proposed Hetch Hetchy Power and CleanPowerSF (Community Choice Aggregation) electric rates and charges for electric customers of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Under consideration are Proposals to (1) Adopt CleanPowerSF rates and charges for FY 2024-25; and (2) Adopt Hetch Hetchy Power rates for FY 2024-25. If approved, the new rates and charges would take effect July 1, 2024.

Public Notice for San Francisco Channel Pump Station

FINAL PUBLIC NOTICE: This notice posted online on April 10, 2024, serves as a project‐specific final notice for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funding action located within a Special Flood Hazard Area. FEMA has determined the only practicable alternative is to fund the sluice gate replacement in San Francisco Channel Pump Station. This notice provide the opportunity for public participation in the planning process and to consider potential impacts to minority and low-income populations. This notice may also fulfill requirements under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
