If your small business or non-profit is suffering from loss of revenue due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may qualify for the Emergency Business/Non-Profit Customer Assistance Program (EBCAP), which provides a 6 month discount of 20% on your water and sewer bill.

You may qualify for the Community Assistance Program (CAP), which provides long term discounts on our bill ranging from 15%- 35% on your water, sewer, or Hetch Hetchy Power bill. These discounts won’t stop at the end of the crisis period.
I am a Hetch Hetchy Power customer with a medical disability.
The Medical Necessity Assistance Program (MNAP) allows qualified households to use 75% more energy at the general residential service rate. If you are a Hetch Hetchy Power customer with a medical disability, you may be eligible for assistance.
I don’t pay a Hetch Hetchy Power bill. I pay a CleanPowerSF/PG&E bill.
You may be eligible to save up to 35% a month through the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) or the Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) discount programs, as well as debt-forgiveness options like the Arrearage Management Plan (AMP).
